Cycling at its very best! Join us for 2 great days of picturesque training with Commonwealth Games Champion, Ben Kersten.

Cycling Camp

Twin Falls - Southern Highlands, NSW

Friday 13th January - Sunday 15th, 2012

Experience some of the best training Australia has to offer with 2 days of leisurely rides around the beautiful

Southern Highlands NSW.

Stay at Twin Falls Bush Cottages, Tour de France stage winner Brad McGee's purpose built cabins in Fitzroy Falls. Once the training rides are done, we will relax and enjoy the surrounds, with the National Park and some excellent mountain biking trails right on our doorstep.

This an opportunity for Intermediate to advanced cycling enthusiasts to get together with like minded riders to have some fun and do some riding.

Arrive the night of Friday 13th (woo scary) and wake up to breakfast in Nature on Saturday ready to ride. Depart after late lunch on Sunday 15th.

There will be 1 ride per day of 3 - 5 hours, depending on group ability and weather. We will be doing some climbing in our rides, so a basic level of climbing fitness would be helpful. Follow car and Ben will ride with the last rider, no one will be left behind!'

Cycling Camp includes:

•Shared Accommodation at Twin Falls (Friday 13th and Saturday 14th)

•All meals and snacks

•Support follow vehicle

•Full time mechanic

•Expert advice and tips

•Use of Mountain Bikes, Tennis Court and Pool.
